Answers about the app: what it shows, where the figures come from, how often they update, and how your location is handled.
Yes. There is no account, no sign-in and nothing to buy. It is a web app, so there is nothing to install either — though you can add it to your home screen so it opens like one.
Two things on separate tabs. The ERP tab lists the gantries and the rate in force at each one, and can price a different day or time for your vehicle. The Carparks tab lists car parks with the number of lots currently reported free, and can sort them nearest to you.
ERP rates come from LTA’s published rate tables. Car park counts come from LTA DataMall and data.gov.sg. Nothing is estimated, generated or filled in by us — every figure is passed through as received.
It refreshes every 2 minutes between 7am and 10:30pm, and every 15 minutes overnight when car parks barely change. You can also pull a fresh copy yourself with the refresh button. HDB car parks show the timestamp of their own last reading, so the true age of a number is always visible.
The counts are the operators’ own readings, passed through unchanged, and we do not independently verify them. A reading can be a few minutes old, and a car park can fill or empty in that time. Use it to choose between options rather than as a guarantee, and always check the sign at the car park.
Displayed counts can only exist for car parks whose operator reports them. Where an operator does not report live lots, we can still list the car park and show what we know about it — but the lot count will say it is not reported rather than showing a number.
Because the reading does not tell us the car park is full — only that no free lots were reported to the feed. Those are different statements, and we only make the one we can support. Check the signage at the entrance for the real situation.
Pick the class your vehicle is registered under. The app has five buttons because LTA applies a different rate multiplier to each vehicle class, and the same gantry can cost different amounts for different vehicles. If you are unsure which class applies to you, LTA is the authority on that, not us.
Directly with the authorities — LTA, HDB and URA — or on the signage at the gantry or car park entrance. Rates, charging periods, parking schemes and free-parking hours are set and published by them, they can change, and they are not ours to restate. Where the app and a sign disagree, the sign is correct.
You can add it to your home screen and it will open without a browser address bar. The ERP rate tables are stored in the app and work offline; live lot counts need a connection, because they are live.
There is no location history. If you turn on GPS, your coordinates are sent to our server only to work out how far away each car park is, and are not stored. We count visits to understand how the app is used, and we record nothing at all if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Please do. A count that reads oddly, a gantry name that is mangled, a car park in the wrong place — all of it is fixable. Email support@kopilabs.com with what you saw and roughly when, since most of what changes here is time-sensitive.

If your question is about what a rate should be, when charging applies, or which parking scheme covers you, it is not answered here on purpose. Those are set and published by the Land Transport Authority, HDB and URA, they change, and a stale answer from us would look exactly like a current one. Check the authority directly, or the signage at the gantry or car park entrance — and where the app and a sign disagree, the sign is correct.
If a figure in the app looks off, the most useful first check is the reading’s own timestamp — HDB car parks show exactly when their count was taken, and a number a few minutes old is expected rather than broken. Beyond that, a count that reads oddly, a mangled gantry name or a car park in the wrong place are all worth reporting.
Corrections, bug reports and questions about the app are all welcome at support@kopilabs.com. Useful things to include: what the app showed, roughly when, and which car park or gantry you were looking at.
